Cynthia, i really dont know how to answer your question since with chicken liver i usually just deep fry them while beef liver il cook it with black pepper soy sauce. :)

Yatie, they are easy to make. Our hubby are the same. No internal parts for them but good for us! lol.

Pearly, Im usually rather particular and look for Malaysian made stuff for turmeric powder or curry powder but Shan however is not Msian made. Both their beef and chicken briyani mixes are good. Try look for it at any Indian or Pakistani stores in your area.

Gert, you've never had hati? Maybe you shud start with deep-fried hati ayam dulu. ;)
