I just prepared a chicken to roast this evening and the marinade taste wonderful - perfect blend of spices. <BR/><BR/>I was tempted to substitute the fresh ginger and garlic for grounded ginger and granulated garlic which were saying "use me, use me" on the shelf but decided not to succumb to laziness.
